Overview
Muslim Hands is an international aid agency and NGO, grew from this grass roots movement and since these first efforts, we have responded to countless more emergencies, as well as establishing long term projects such as schools, healthcare clinics and livelihood programmes worldwide. We are working in over 30 countries around the world. By working closely with our partners and offices on the ground, we are able to distribute aid in an effective, efficient, transparent and wholly accountable manner and to make a lasting difference to the communities we work with.
Our Work in Muslim Hands Pakistan is to empower out-of-school children, low-literate youth, and underserved communities with equitable, technology-enabled non-formal education opportunities and provide them foundational skills, digital literacy, and pathways to break the cycle of poverty. The initiative of Ed-Tech ALP Schools is a community-driven approach to deliver accelerated, flexible, and high-quality learning opportunities across Pakistan.
Muslim Hands Pakistan follows UNICEF, JICA, UNESCO, USAID, UNHCR, ILO, World Bank, DfID and federal and provincial policies, and standards. This includes:
- Curriculum Integration & Content Development
- Technology-Enabled Learning Delivery
- Teacher, Facilitator & Handler Training
- Monitoring, Evaluation & Quality Assurance
- Assessment & Certification
- Knowledge Sharing among all national non-formal education centers.
